Different from conventional capping machines, a pause is required during capping, which can cause the material to shake out of the bottle mouth and contaminate the bottle body. The machine does not stop rotating the cap, effectively avoiding the shaking of the cap and keeping the bottle clean. During the work process, there is a bottle neck holding device after the bottle body enters the capping station, which can ensure more effective and error free capping. During the capping process, it is possible to achieve no capping without bottle or cap. Equipped with servo motor rotary cover, the tightness of the rotary cover can be adjusted, and the rotary cover gripper can be quickly disassembled, making it easy to replace vulnerable parts. Suitable for threaded caps on round and flat bottles (pots) of various materials. The whole machine has a simple and compact structure, and is easy to adjust. When changing the bottle shape, there is no need to exchange accessories, only the position of individual parts needs to be adjusted.
